No. At Car2Go Mexico you can rent a car without a credit card. We offer a simple and transparent rental process without hidden conditions.

Is insurance included in the price?

Yes. The insurance is included in the rental price. In the event of an at-fault accident (in Mexico, liability is determined by the insurance company directly at the scene), the security deposit will be retained.

Where do I pick up the car?

Cars can be picked up in Playa del Carmen. Exact details and instructions will be provided after your reservation.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

You will need:

  • A valid driver's license
  • A passport or ID
  • The reservation confirmation

An international driver's license is recommended but not always required.

Is there a deposit required?

Depending on the vehicle, a small security deposit may be required. Details will be provided during the reservation process.

What happens if I return the car late?

If the vehicle is returned later than agreed, additional charges may apply. Please contact us if your plans change.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Is there a mileage limit?

Most rentals include free mileage, allowing you to explore the Riviera Maya without restrictions.
